Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Rangshruti, every order is carefully checked before dispatch. We request customers to review the product details, measurements, and size information carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

Rangshruti currently does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, dislike of the product after delivery, or incorrect size selection by the customer.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Once the issue has been verified and approved by our team, we will assist you with an appropriate resolution.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

To raise a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs showing the issue
  • A description of the issue
  • A continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded from before the sealed package is opened until the product is completely unpacked

The unboxing video is required to help us verify damage, defects, missing items, or an incorrect product received.

Claims submitted after 3 days from the date of delivery may not be accepted.

Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been worn, used, washed, altered, stained, or damaged after delivery
  • Products without their original tags or packaging
  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
  • Requests arising from change of mind or personal preference
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Minor colour differences caused by photography, lighting conditions, or individual screen settings
  • Minor variations in embroidery, thread work, prints, embellishments, or other detailing that may naturally occur during production and do not affect the overall appearance or usability of the product

Refunds

Rangshruti does not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection.

For an approved claim involving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, our team will provide the applicable resolution after reviewing the case.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
