Rangshruti currently offers free standard shipping across India, unless otherwise specifically stated on the Website or at checkout.

We reserve the right to change product prices, offers, discounts, or promotions at any time. Such changes will not ordinarily affect orders already successfully placed and confirmed.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. Rangshruti does not generally store complete debit card, credit card, UPI, or other sensitive payment credentials processed by such third-party providers.

Rangshruti currently delivers across India.

We make reasonable efforts to process and dispatch orders within the estimated timelines stated in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed. Delays may occur because of courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, high shipping volumes, incorrect delivery information, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information while placing an order.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Rangshruti does not generally accept returns or exchanges for reasons including change of mind, personal preference, dislike of the product after delivery, or incorrect size selection by the customer.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

A continuous, unedited unboxing video and relevant photographs may be required to verify such claims.

Products that have been worn, washed, used, altered, stained, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags or packaging may not be eligible for a resolution.

Refunds are not offered for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection. Where Rangshruti accepts a claim relating to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the applicable resolution will be determined after reviewing the claim and subject to applicable law.

8. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Rangshruti as soon as possible after placing it.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If Rangshruti is required to cancel an order due to product unavailability, a listing error, or another applicable reason, we will communicate the available resolution to the customer.
